Do you only sell Derksen buildings?
Yes. Ozark Shed Co exclusively sells Derksen portable buildings. Visit us at 636 Berry Road in Bonne Terre, Missouri, to compare available buildings and custom options.
Can I buy a shed without a credit check?
Derksen rent-to-own is available without a credit check. Ask for the required initial payment, any deposit, taxes, fees, early purchase terms, and the rental agreement for your specific building.
Is delivery really free?
The published standard policy includes one delivery trip up to 50 miles one way. Extra mileage, extra trips, site conditions, and blocks may add charges. We confirm your address, access, and setup needs before an order is finalized.
Can I customize my Derksen building?
Yes. Use our dealer-linked Derksen 3D Builder to explore available sizes, colors, doors, windows, and other options. Available combinations and pricing vary by building and region. Save the design reference so we can review it with you.
Are used buildings covered by a warranty?
Derksen states that previously owned buildings are not covered by its building warranty. Our listed used 12 × 24 Lofted Barn Cabin is sold as-is. Inspect the actual building and review the sale terms.
Is a cabin a move-in-ready home?
No. A portable cabin shell is not a finished or approved residence. Residential use requires a separate review of zoning, permits, structure, foundation, insulation, utilities, and local building requirements with the appropriate authorities and qualified contractors.
How soon can a building be delivered?
Timing depends on the specific building, destination, site readiness, driver schedule, and weather. Contact us for a current estimate. We do not publish a guaranteed delivery date before reviewing your order.
Where is Ozark Shed Co located?
Our lot is at 636 Berry Road, Bonne Terre, Missouri 63628. Published hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm, and closed Sunday. Call (573) 664-0037 before a special trip.
