Choose the location before scheduling.

Consider drainage, intended use, door orientation, access, and future maintenance. Check local requirements before buying. The city, county, utility providers, and any HOA can have different requirements for the same property.

Share what the driver needs to know.

Take photos of the entrance, gates, narrow points, turns, slopes, overhead wires, and final location. Provide accurate measurements. The delivery team should confirm whether the building and equipment can get through; a single gate-width measurement does not describe the whole route.

Talk about ground conditions and the base.

Discuss wet ground, soft soil, grading, gravel, concrete, and leveling with the delivery team and appropriate site professional. Do not assume the building price includes ground preparation or alterations to fences and other obstacles.

Have blocks and agreements ready.

Our published setup policy uses customer-supplied blocks and includes leveling from a corner at ground level up to 3 feet. If the driver will supply blocks, agree on supply and cost beforehand. Ask about any setup beyond the standard policy.

Confirm the delivery quote.

The standard policy covers one trip up to 50 miles one way. Additional mileage, repeat trips, and other services can add costs. Scheduling depends on the building, weather, access, and driver availability. Get the current estimate before planning around a delivery date.
